Julie Phillips has been named the Charter Institute Teacher of the Year. Julie has worked for South Carolina Virtual Charter School for five years and was recognized by her colleagues and students for her dedication to her work.
“It was definitely an honor when I was chosen by my fellow teachers at South Carolina Virtual Charter School. It was definitely an honor to receive that,” Julie said.
