Some of my best childhood memories are from Summer camp. I went to a horseback riding summer camp, an adventure camp, and a dance/acting camp when I was younger. It definitely shaped who I am today. Research shows that students who study art are four times more likely to be recognized for academic achievement.

This summer Stride, Inc. is hosting tuition-free, virtual camps in theater and music to help students learn from professional artists and give them a break from a stressful year. Students in grades 6-12 can participate in virtual jam sessions, improvisation classes, and more to develop their creative skills and pursue their passion for the arts. So many families have struggled this year and these free art camps will give them a much-needed break, and help kids get excited about learning new skills.
