Dr. Shaun E. Almont
President, Career Learning Solutions
Shaun manages all aspects of Stride's career readiness programs, including Stride Career Prep. He is responsible for providing career exploration and workforce development solutions for students around the country.
Prior to joining Stride, Shaun served as CEO of two educationally focused establishments: Neumont College of Computer Science in Salt Lake City and Lincoln Tech Educational Services, a national company.
Shaun is also a former NCAA and international athlete, and leveraged this experience in his doctoral dissertation, which focused on advising collegiate athletes on academic and career success. He earned a doctoral degree in higher education, graduating with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a master's degree in education administration from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Leilani M. Brown
Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Leilani has decades of marketing, brand, and communications experience. She leads Stride's expanding development of public and private-sector partnerships. In addition, she manages several cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the chairman, such as the company's strategic investment in Tallo—a career platform that connects high school students, college students, and young adults to career and higher education opportunities.
Prior to joining Stride, Leilani served as chief marketing officer of Starr Companies, a global insurance and investment organization. She is the author of From Campus to Cubicle: 25 Tips for Your First Professional Year, a career guide for young professionals and recent graduates. She serves on the board of Middlebury College, her alma mater, and the Executive Leadership Council, the premier membership organization for global black executives. She is also a graduate of New York University.

Pat focuses his drive for innovation with an effort to introduce project-based learning into our career education programs. Pat leads the program design for Stride Career Prep to ensure student's successful matriculation through completion of career pathways and is also creating a framework for students to find summer jobs, internships, and mentorship opportunities.
Pat joins us from Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery Counties BOCES (HFM BOCES) where, as district superintendent, he increased the role of technology throughout its programs and services. Pat is an outspoken critic of inertia in the public education system and an advocate for rethinking education for today's 21st century student.
