Jeraldo, a student at K12-powered Texas Online Preparatory School, is defying expectations and making moves, both academically and athletically. Born with spina bifida, Jeraldo now competes nationally in wheelchair basketball and maintains a 4.03 GPA. He recently committed to the University of Missouri’s Wheelchair Basketball Team and plans to study nutrition and exercise physiology. A published author and Paralympic hopeful, Jeraldo credits his online education for supporting his journey, on and off the court.
